Our client is revolutionizing customer engagement through AI-powered conversational platforms.  Their solutions enhance customer service and drive automation across messaging platforms such as SMS, chat, and social media.  They are seeking innovative and talented individuals to help them scale and support their customers on their AI journey.


The AI Consultant / Business Analyst will play a key role in supporting our client’s AI-driven conversational solutions by engaging with their customer to gather requirements, facilitate user story creation, and drive the strategic adoption of AI technologies.  This individual will work across multiple teams to translate business needs into actionable solutions that influence the design, development, and deployment of AI solutions.  You will act as a trusted advisor for customers, helping them navigate their AI transformation and ensuring alignment with their strategic goals.    

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Requirement Gathering & Analysis: Conduct detailed discovery sessions with customers to capture and analyze business requirements related to AI and conversational platforms.
  • Facilitation: Lead workshops and facilitation sessions with stakeholders across all organizational levels to gather insights, define project goals, and ensure alignment with AI initiatives.
  • User Story Creation: Develop comprehensive user stories, acceptance criteria, and detailed process flows that translate client needs into actionable tasks for development teams.
  • AI Product Influence: Work closely with Client’s AI product teams to ensure that gathered requirements are appropriately represented in product designs and enhancements, influencing AI functionality.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Act as the main point of contact between customers, technical teams, and leadership to ensure transparent communication and project alignment.
  • Solution Design: Collaborate with internal teams and customers to develop tailored AI solutions that meet business needs while optimizing user experience and automation capabilities.
  • Data Analysis & Insights: Utilize data-driven insights to recommend improvements and enhancements to AI implementations, ensuring continuous alignment with customer goals.
  • Project Support: Assist Project Managers in tracking deliverables, providing updates, and resolving blockers related to AI projects.
  • Best Practices & Documentation: Document best practices, key learnings, and project artifacts that support ongoing project success and future scalability.


MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
 
  • Experience:
    • 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Consultant, preferably in a technology or AI-driven environment.
    • Previous experience working with AI, machine learning, or data analytics products.
    • Proven ability to lead requirement gathering sessions, create user stories, and develop solutions for complex technical projects.
  • Skills:
    • Exceptional facilitation skills, capable of leading discussions with C-level executives, business users, and technical teams.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on data analysis and business process improvement.
    • Deep understanding of AI technology, machine learning concepts, and their business applications.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and drive collaboration across teams.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Tools:
    • Experience with project management and collaboration tools like Jira, Confluence, Trello, and MS Teams.
    • Proficiency with data visualization tools and AI platforms is a plus.
  • Education:
    • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience working within a conversational AI platform or similar technology.
  • Knowledge of programming languages such as Python, SQL, or others relevant to AI data handling.
  • Previous experience in customer service automation, chatbots, or messaging platforms.


LOCATION

This position is remote and may require occasional travel to client site as needed.

The position is a 6-month 1099 contract position.  The target compensation range is $70-$80/hr. depending on the candidate’s level of experience.  We are also open to W2 arrangements.
